The final total of new German PV capacity in 2013 added up to 3,302,826 kWp. With this result, additional capacity stayed within the 2.5 to 3.5 GWp target corridor as provided in Section 20a para. 1 EEG for solar growth.
1. 2013 German PV Capacity Addition
According to the latest (revised) figures from the Federal Network Agency, 2013 ended with additional 166 MW being installed in December. German EEG supported PV capacity therefore added up to 35,692 MWp as of 31 December 2013.
The 2013 table of newly installed German solar capacity looks like this:

2. PV Feed-in Tariffs February to April 2014
As the newly installed PV capacity stayed within the 2.5 to 3.5 GWp target corridor between January and December 2013, the monthly degression for the three months starting February 2014 shall be 1% (Section 20b para. 8/9 EEG). The 1% degression translates into the following solar feed-in tariffs:
